Since 2008, Triangle Empowerment Center (TEC) has stood as a beacon of hope, health, and inclusion across Durham, Raleigh, and Chapel Hill. For over 18 years we've met people exactly where they are — from free HIV/STI testing and PrEP education to substance abuse assistance, job readiness training, and emergency housing referrals. We operate with zero exclusion: no membership fees, no minimum requirements, no barriers to entry.
