TEC's own Ladies of the T presents "Phenomenal Women". A day of to celebrate and empower our Transwomen/Drag/Cross Dressing community. This is a free community event. Here we will be discussing various topics such as makeup tips & tricks, Drag 101, legal issues (name changing, etc.), HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) and getting on PrEP. Free food will be provided as well. This event is being sponsored by TEC and 2BeatHIV. So save the date for Saturday April 9, 2016 3:00pm-7:00pm at the LGBTQ Center of Durham.

Come join us for a night of art, friends, food and fun at our "Spirit, Life and Artistic Expression" Talent Showcase. This event is free to the public and is a great opportunity for artists to showcase their talent/voices, sell their work and get exposure. This also is a great opportunity for others to enjoy food, fun and various forms of art. We will also be providing free HIV/STD tests here so if you haven't been tested recently or don't know your status, you can get tested there. This is also a fundraiser. All donations are greatly appreciated and will go towards the agency to help our clients meet their needs. Cash bar will also be available the night of the event.
