With HIV Don't
Know It.
The only way to know your HIV status is to test. HIV has no reliable symptoms in early stages โ many people feel completely healthy for years while unknowingly passing it on.
Early detection saves lives. People diagnosed early can start treatment that keeps them healthy, live a full life, and โ with effective treatment โ have an undetectable viral load that makes HIV untransmittable to others (U=U).
The CDC recommends testing at least once per year if you're sexually active. TEC makes that easy, free, and private.
In-Home Testing
A TEC outreach worker comes to you โ at home, a location of your choice, or a community site. No waiting rooms, no clinic anxiety.
Rapid Results in 20 Minutes
Using FDA-approved rapid HIV tests, results are available in about 20 minutes. No waiting days for lab results.
Completely Confidential
Your results are private. TEC staff are bound by strict confidentiality. We will never share your results without your consent.
Support Regardless of Result
Whether your result is positive or negative, TEC is here. We connect positive results to care and negative results to prevention.

Everyone Should Test.
