G.E.P.
Giving Empowerment and Positivity
"Living with HIV doesn't define you. It's just one part of your story."
G.E.P. is TEC's support group for HIV-positive community members. This group provides a safe space to process your diagnosis, connect with peers who understand, set and pursue goals, and live fully. Led by people with lived experience, G.E.P. is built on the principle that being HIV+ is not the end โ it's a new chapter with community behind you.

L.O.T.T.
Ladies of the T
"Holistic support for the whole you โ because you deserve all of it."
L.O.T.T. is TEC's comprehensive program and peer support community for transgender individuals. This is more than a support group โ it's a full wraparound program providing community, advocacy, and concrete resources. From housing and job placement to healthcare navigation and peer connection, L.O.T.T. addresses the full spectrum of challenges trans community members face.

It's All About Me
Empowerment Group for Minority Women
"You deserve to be healthy, whole, and at the center of your own story."
TEC's support group for minority women uses the CDC's evidence-based VOICES intervention, adapted for women of color. This group is a space for honest conversation about sexual health, healthy relationships, self-worth, and building a life you're proud of. All women are welcome โ no agenda, no judgment, just real talk and real community.

MClub
Young Men Who Have Sex with Men Outreach
"Real talk. Real community. Real HIV prevention."
MClub is TEC's outreach program for young men who have sex with men (MSM), ages 16โ29, with a focus on Black and minority MSM. Using the CDC's MPowerment model โ one of the most rigorously tested HIV prevention programs for young gay and bisexual men โ MClub creates a fun, affirming space where members can connect, get information, and support each other.

S.L.S.
Seasoned to Live Strong
"Age brings wisdom. Community brings strength."
Seasoned to Live Strong is TEC's outreach program for Black men who have sex with men ages 30 and older. Using the CDC's 3MV (Many Men, Many Voices) intervention โ specifically designed for Black MSM โ S.L.S. addresses the unique cultural, social, and health factors that affect this community. This is a space for candid conversation, peer support, and health information.

Strict Confidentiality
What's shared in the group stays in the group. TEC is bound by confidentiality standards. Your privacy is protected.
Always Free
No fees, no insurance required, no membership. All TEC support groups are free. Period.
Drug & Alcohol Free
All TEC spaces and events are drug-free and alcohol-free. This helps create a safe environment for everyone.
Come As You Are
You don't need to have it together to show up. You're welcome wherever you are in your journey.
No Pressure to Share
You can just listen. There's no obligation to share anything you're not ready to.

Each group has a primary audience, but TEC is welcoming. Contact us and we'll help you find the right fit.
Can I attend a group just to see if I like it?
Absolutely. There's no commitment. Come see if it feels right for you.
Will anyone outside the group know I attended?
No. Attendance and participation are completely confidential.
