Case Management
Our case managers work one-on-one with you to understand your situation and help you access the right services — including housing, healthcare, and benefits.
L.O.T.T. Housing Program
Through our Ladies of the T program, TEC provides specialized housing support for transgender community members, including job placement and education assistance.
Emergency Referrals
If you're in an immediate housing crisis, we'll help you connect with emergency shelter resources as quickly as possible — same day when possible.
HIV+ Housing Support
People living with HIV face additional housing barriers. TEC has deep knowledge of HOPWA (Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS) and other programs.
Benefits Assistance
Housing stability often requires navigating SSI, Medicaid, and other benefits. We help you understand and access the benefits you qualify for.

Ladies of the T
TEC's Ladies of the T (L.O.T.T.) program offers holistic wraparound support for the transgender community in Durham, Raleigh, and Chapel Hill.
L.O.T.T. is more than a program — it's a community of care. We address the full range of challenges trans individuals face, from housing instability to healthcare barriers to employment discrimination.
